Delivery

Free tracked UK delivery on every order, with no minimum spend. Order before 3pm on a working day and your parcel leaves us the same afternoon.

Delivery takes 2–4 working days. You will receive a tracking number by email the moment it is dispatched. We currently ship to the UK mainland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.

Returns and warranty

Thirty days to change your mind. Use it, take it on holiday, decide it is not for you — send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We pay the return postage and there is no restocking fee.

This sits on top of your statutory right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which we do not ask you to waive.

Two-year warranty. If the motor or the battery fails through normal use within two years, we replace the unit. Accidental damage is not covered, but talk to us anyway — we would rather fix it than lose you.
