How quickly will you reply?
Within one working day, and usually a good deal sooner. If you write to us at the weekend you will hear back on Monday morning.
My order has not arrived. What now?
Check the tracking link in your dispatch email first. If your parcel is more than five working days late, tell us and we will chase the carrier or send a replacement — you should not have to do the chasing.
Something is wrong with my T1.
Email us with your order number and, if you can, a short video of the fault. Faults covered by the two-year warranty are replaced, not repaired, and we send the new unit before you post the old one back.
Do you sell wholesale or to businesses?
